Coaching Background: Beyond his role as the Director of Girls Lacrosse at the Legacy Center and for Cyclones Lacrosse, Stanyer has been the head coach of the women’s lacrosse team for the last six years at Cleary University. Additionally, Stanyer spent the 2012-2015 seasons as the varsity assistant and goalie coach at Hartland High School with each season culminating in a trip to the MHSAA D1 State Semi-Finals.  For his efforts at Cleary University, Coach Stanyer was named the Wolverine Hoosier Athletic Conference’s Women’s Lacrosse Coach of the Year for the 2018-19 season.

Professional Experience: Jason has over 20 years of experience in the field of International Trade with his current role being Vice President of Global Trade Management Transformation with responsibilities encompassing Solutions, Integrations, Data Analytics, Training, Quality, Work Measurement and Process Design.

Academic Achievements: Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems, MBA with Concentrations in Operations Management and Accounting, and Master of Science in Information Technology Management from Oakland University. He is also a Licensed US Customs Broker.

Coaching Background: Beyond his role with the Cyclones, Larry is the Varsity Head Coach for Huron Valley United, as well as an Assistant Coach at Cleary University.  Larry spent the prior 2 seasons as a Varsity assistant and JV coach at Huron Valley United.  Larry was also a coach for the 2017 Team Michigan at the All American Lacrosse week, Triumph Lacrosse Club 2014 – 2017 and has 15 plus years of experience coaching soccer from K – 12th and girl’s youth basketball.

Coaching Background: Deanna is the assistant coach at Cleary University.  She is also the head coach of the Hartland Varsity HS Lacrosse and Field Hockey teams.  She spent 7 seasons as the varsity head coach at South Lyon High School.  

Radcliffe also spent some time coaching for Champion Lacrosse. Before relocating to Michigan in 2006, Radcliffe coached at Great Valley HS in PA.  Radcliffe was also a camp counselor and an administrative assistant at United Sports Training Center.  Radcliffe was named All League Coach of the Year in 2008, as well as the Ann Arbor News Coach of the Year in 2008 and 2009. Radcliffe possesses Level I, Level II and Level III US Lacrosse Certifications and is a member of the Positive Coaching Alliance. Radcliffe’s CPR & First Aid Certifications are all current.

Playing Background: During her playing career she played for Division I Temple University. As a player, Radcliffe was named the Atlantic 10 Offensive Player of the Year in 2003. She was also named to the All-Championship Team, Academic All-Conference Team, Atlantic 10 All-Conference Team, Player of the Week 3 times and named Regional All-American as a senior. Radcliffe continues to play competitively throughout the year.

Professional Experience: Elementary Special Education Teacher

Academic Achievements: Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary & Special Education from Temple University, Master’s Degree in Education with a concentration in Sports Leadership & Coaching from Michigan State University.

Dean is the Hartland Youth Lacrosse Girls 7/8 Coach. Dean has helped coach girls lacrosse since 2016. This is his second summer with Cyclones Lacrosse. He is an active participant in the community and Level 1 and Level 2 Certified Coach through US Lacrosse. He is also a member of the Positive Coaching Alliance.

Dean is the Hartland Youth Lacrosse Girls 7/8 Coach. Dean has helped coach girls lacrosse since 2016. This is his second summer with Cyclones Lacrosse. He is an active participant in the community and Level 1 and Level 2 Certified Coach through US Lacrosse. He is also a member of the Positive Coaching Alliance.  

After serving in the United States Army, Dean obtained his degree from Ferris State University and has been employed by the city of Wixom for the past 15 years. Dean is a graduate of the Eastern Michigan University School of Police Staff and Command Executive Leadership Program. 

Dean believes in helping his athletes achieve their highest level of performance, confidence and leadership on and off the field. His competitive nature translates through his coaching techniques and his players know that there are high expectations when playing for him. He prides himself on treating EVERY player with the same attention and respect all while improving the players lacrosse IQ and confidence.

Dawn has a passion for competitive sports and strives to find that spirit in each girl she coaches.  Dawn holds both Level I/Level II coaching certifications through US Lacrosse and has been coaching girls youth lacrosse since 2014.  She believes in proper fundamentals, strength and endurance training and supports youth sports and athletes to build and grow great teammates and future leaders.

Coaching Background: Emily is currently the Hartland JV Lacrosse coach. She began coaching in Hartland in 2022. When in PA, she coached with Ultimate Goal and Dynasty Elite travel programs.

Playing Background: Emily is from Springfield Delaware County, PA. She played D1 Varsity lacrosse at Rutgers University in New Jersey. She also played her remaining eligibility at Cleary University where she led the nation in draw controls prior to an injury that ended her season. Prior to Rutgers, Emily was a 4 year letterwinner and starter at Springfield Delco HS. She was a 2-time US Lacrosse All American and also a Heather Lee Albert award finalist. She was named to First Team All-Central League and First Team All-Delco Leagues as both a junior and senior. She was also selected to the final round of the USA U-19 National Team trials. In addition to lacrosse she also played soccer for 4 years, ran track and played a year of basketball.

Coaching Background: Ashley was a graduate assistant at LTU while she was in graduate school.

Playing Background: Ashley is a 2014 Hartland graduate! She played NAIA lacrosse at Lawrence Technological University where she was a 2x captain. She received numerous awards during her tenure. Her freshman year she was named an NAIA First-Team All- American, made the All-Tournament team at Nationals, won the NWLL Rookie of the Year and the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference's Newcomer of the Year Award. She went on to receive NAIA All-America First Team honors in 2017 & 2018 as well as NWLL All-Tournament team 4x. She currently holds the WHAC record for Assists in an individual season (76). Prior to LTU, Ashley was a 4 year varsity player at Hartland HS. She was a 4x Regional Champion and state-runner up her junior year. Ashley was also named All-League and All- State Honorable Mention in HS.

Professional Background:  Ashley is a Mechanical Engineer at Smithgroup in Detroit.

Karly has coached summer camps and youth teams for Cyclones lacrosse since 2012. Karly was the assistant coach at Cleary University from 2018-2019. After finishing her Masters of Engineering in 2022, Karly intends to commit to a high school program to continue coaching and developing lacrosse in the Midwest.

Playing Background:  Beginning her athletic career in basketball, Karly won the State Championship four years in a row, 2005-2009; as well as the Nike National Championships in 2009. Later, Karly began her lacrosse career at Luke M. Powers Catholic High School. Since 2010, she has attained many accolades; most notably during her senior year at Powers: 1st team All-Catholic League, 2nd Team All-State, Team MVP and being awarded the Catholic League Player of the Year Scholarship. Karly continued her career at the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor, participating on the Club team. Karly helped the Wolverines finish 5th at the WCLA National Tournament. Karly finished her collegiate career at Cleary University where she became the school's leader in career assists and helped them make it further into the WHAC post-season tournament than they had previously. Karly remains a member of the US Lacrosse (since 2010) and takes advantage of all chances to play.

Academic Background:  After graduating with top marks from Powers Catholic High School, Karly attended the University of Michigan- Ann Arbor, where she graduated with a Liberal Arts Degree with specification in History and Business. Karly received her Masters of Business Administration from Cleary University. Karly received her associate degree in HVACR from Mott Community College. Karly has completed her Mechanical Engineering bachelor's degree and is working to complete her Masters of Mechanical Engineering at Ferris State University. 

Professional Experience: While continuing her education, Karly is the Vice President of Rolls Mechanical, a commercial and industrial mechanical contracting company specializing in HVACR, controls and plumbing.

Playing Background:  Abigail recently completed her freshman year at Central Michigan and helped the program win the MAC championship. Abigail also helped the team make their first appearance in the NCAA tournament.  In HS, Abigail was an All American in the 2019 season, All-State first team for the 2019 and 2021 seasons, played Varsity all 4 years of high school.  

Academic Background:  Abigail graduated from Hartland HS. She graduated Suma cum laude with a science and NHS cord.  She finished high school with a 3.9 GPA earning scholar athlete and academic all state awards for the 2018, 2019, and 2021 seasons for both field hockey and lacrosse.  Abigail is currently majoring in psychology and neuroscience at Central Michigan University.

Coaching Background: This is Emma's third summer coaching with the Cyclones.  She also helps coach middle school lacrosse at Notre Dame Prep.

Playing Background:  Emma recently completed her sophomore year at Detroit Mercy.   In HS, she lettered in lacrosse and field hockey across four seasons in each for the Eagles, missing senior lacrosse season due to the Coronavirus pandemic. Emma helped team to sixth, seventh and eighth regional championships in first three years of lacrosse. Emma was named Second Team All-State and First Team All-Conference as a junior. She led team in assists and was All-Conference Honorable Mention as a sophomore in 2018. She was a Two-time State Bank Athlete of the Week. She recorded more than 130 career points with more than 80 goals and 50 assists. Emma competed in club lacrosse with Cyclones Lacrosse for seven years. 

Academic Background:  Emma graduated from Hartland HS in 2020. Emma is a member of the Detroit Mercy honor roll and the MAC conference honor roll.  Emma is pursuing a degree in Business Administration.

Playing Background:  Hannah recently completed her senior year at Seton Hill University.  Her team advanced to the NCAA tournament three years in a row.  Seton Hill was the PSAC West Champion in both 2021 & 2022.  Hannah is a Brighton 2018 graduate.  She also played Cyclones for 4 seasons.  She was a First Team All State selection during 2017 and 2018 seasons , Senior captain, Finalist for Detroit Free Press Best Female Lacrosse Player, four year varsity letter winner, KLAA Champion during 2017 and 2018 seasons, Named Livingston County Best Attacker in 2017 and 2018.

Academic Background:  Hannah graduated from Seton Hill with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Pre-Law and Political Science with a Specialization in Legal Studies, Genocide and Holocaust Studies.  Hannah is a two-time IWLCA Academic Honor Roll member and three-time PSAC Academic All-Conference member.  She was a member of the Dean's list for 6 semesters.

Academic Background:  Gabby graduated from Brighton HS. Gabby earned scholar athlete and KLAA academic awards for the 2021 & 2022 seasons for lacrosse.

Playing Background:  Danie is a 2015 graduated of Hartland HS.  Danie attended Slippery Rock University.  She was a Two-time All-PSAC Honoree. She ranks 2nd in SRU history in caused turnovers.  She ranks 9th in SRU history for minutes played, 10th in ground balls, 12th in games played and 14th in games started.

Playing Background:  Elena recently finished her sophomore year at Hope College.  She received MIAA-First Team accolades for the 2022 season. Elena is a 2020 graduate of Hartland High School. She lettered in lacrosse across four seasons in each for the Eagles, missing senior lacrosse season due to the Coronavirus pandemic. Elena helped team to sixth, seventh and eighth regional championships in first three years of high school lacrosse. Elena was named First Team All-State and First Team All-Conference as a junior. Playing Background:  Lilliana recently completed her freshman year at LTU and helped the program win the WHAC championship. Lilliana also helped the team make it to the NAIA Championship.  In HS, Lilliana help Hartland HS to a Regional Championship & KLAA Championship.

Academic Background:  Lilliana graduated from Hartland HS in 2021. She graduated Suma cum laude with a CAD and NHS cord.  She was also a Scholar Athlete.  Lilliana is currently studying industrial design and business management at Lawrence Technological University.  This summer she has an internship in product development and project management at Imbranded.

Academic Background:  Brooklyn graduated from Hartland HS. She graduated Suma Cum Laude with a Spanish cord. Brooklyn finished high school with a 4.0 GPA earning scholar athlete awards in both lacrosse and field hockey.  Brooklyn is also a US Lacrosse Academic All-American.

Playing background: Sophie is a 2021 graduate from Brighton High School. Sophie recently finished her freshman year at Division II University of Findlay in Ohio. Sophie is currently in the transfer portal.  Sophie was a four year varsity lacrosse player for Brighton and made it to the state finals game each year she participated. Sophie made all state my sophomore and senior year and KLAA all conference team her senior year. 

Academic Background: Majoring in diagnostic sonography.

Playing Background:  She graduated from Brighton HS in 2021 where she was a member of the varsity lacrosse team for 3 years.  She was also a captain.  Before Brighton, she played a year of varsity lacrosse in Boston, MA.

Academic Background:  Shannon is currently attending Washtenaw Community College.  She also works at Soulcycle.
