JASON STANYER

Coaching Background: Stanyer is currently the Director of Girls Lacrosse at the Legacy Center and for Cyclones Lacrosse. Stanyer was the head coach of the women’s lacrosse team at Cleary University for 7.5 years. Additionally, Stanyer spent the 2012-2015 seasons as the varsity assistant and goalie coach at Hartland High School with each season culminating in a trip to the MHSAA D1 State Semi-Finals.

Stanyer was the head coach of the women’s lacrosse team at Cleary University for 7.5 years. Additionally, Stanyer spent the 2012-2015 seasons as the varsity assistant and goalie coach at Hartland High School with each season culminating in a trip to the MHSAA D1 State Semi-Finals. 

For his efforts at Cleary University, Coach Stanyer was named the Wolverine Hoosier Athletic Conference’s Women’s Lacrosse Coach of the Year for the 2018-19 season.  Within the Cyclones program he leads our goalie development program.

Jason currently possesses a Platinum level USA Lacrosse Certification and was a member of the first class of coaches in Michigan to ever receive a Level III certification. He is also a member of the Positive Coaching Alliance. In addition to his lacrosse credentials, Stanyer has previously functioned as a NCCPT certified personal trainer.

Professional Experience: Jason has over 23 years of experience in the field of International Trade with his current role being Vice President of Operational Excellence with responsibilities encompassing Solutions, Data Analytics, Technical Operations, Continuous Improvement, Innovation, Training, Work Measurement, Quality Management, Project Management, Compliance and Process Design.

Academic Achievements: Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems, MBA with Concentrations in Operations Management and Accounting, and Master of Science in Information Technology Management from Oakland University. He is also a Licensed US Customs Broker and Certified Customs Specialist.

DEANNA RADCLIFFE

DEANNA RADCLIFFE

Coaching Background:  Radcliffe is currently the Head Coach at South Lyon HS.  Previously, Radcliffe was the assistant coach at Cleary University for 7.5 years.  She was also the head coach of the Hartland Varsity HS Lacrosse and Field Hockey teams from 2013-2022. She spent 7 seasons as the varsity head coach at South Lyon High School prior to Hartland.  

Coaching Background:  Radcliffe is currently the Head Coach at South Lyon HS.  Previously, Radcliffe was the assistant coach at Cleary University for 7.5 years.  She was also the head coach of the Hartland Varsity HS Lacrosse and Field Hockey teams from 2013-2022. She spent 7 seasons as the varsity head coach at South Lyon High School prior to Hartland.  

Radcliffe was recently named the MWLCA and USA Lacrosse Coach of the Year (2025).  Her HS team also won the Division 1 State Championship (2025).  Her team was Division 1 State Runner- Up in 2026.  Radcliffe also spent some time coaching for Champion Lacrosse, MSU and Lawrence Technological University. Before relocating to Michigan in 2006, Radcliffe coached at Great Valley HS in PA. Radcliffe was also a camp counselor and an administrative assistant at United Sports Training Center. Radcliffe was named All League Coach of the Year in 2008, as well as the Ann Arbor News Coach of the Year in 2008 and 2009.  Radcliffe has coached her teams to 10 Regional titles. Radcliffe possesses a Platinum level USA Lacrosse Certification and is a member of the Positive Coaching Alliance. Radcliffe’s CPR & First Aid Certifications are all current.

Over the span of 20+ years of coaching, Radcliffe has amassed 309 varsity wins and coached numerous All-Americans & All-State players. Many of the players she has coached went on to excel at the collegiate level and many are now coaching either Youth, HS and/or collegiately. 

Playing Background: During her playing career she played for Division I Temple University. As a player, Radcliffe was named the Atlantic 10 Offensive Player of the Year in 2003. She was also named to the All-Championship Team, Academic All-Conference Team, Atlantic 10 All-Conference Team, Player of the Week 3 times and named Regional All-American as a senior. Radcliffe continues to play competitively whenever she can. Radcliffe also played Division 1 Field Hockey while at Temple.

Coaching Background: This is Emily's fourth summer coaching with the Cyclones.  

Coaching Background: This is Emily's fourth summer coaching with the Cyclones.  

Playing Background:   Emily is entering her Senior year at The University of Michigan where she plays for the Women’s Club Lacrosse Team. Emily has helped her team to a MWLL Regional Championship, WCLA National Tournament appearance, and has received Academic All-American.  In HS, Emily played for the Huron Valley Titans.  She was a 4-time varsity member and helped Huron Valley reach 3 regional finals.  Emily was a two-time All- State First team member (2022 & 2023) and an All-State Honorable mention in 2021.  Emily was named to the LVC All-Conference team in 2021, 2022 and 2023.  She was nominated for the Detroit Free Press Lacrosse Player of the Year in 2022.

Academic Background:  Emily graduated from the International Academy. She graduated Suma Cum Laude.  Emily is also a US Lacrosse Academic All-American and an All-State academic recipient.  Emily currently attends the University of Michigan studying Movement Science on the Pre-Physical Therapy Track.

MADISON RAMIREZ

Coaching Background: The 2026 season is Madison's first summer coaching for the Cyclones. 
Playing Background: Madison is a goalkeeper currently playing at Alma College, going into her Sophomore year. During her first year, she made 13/13 starts and ended the season with the second highest saves in a single season in school history (112). Before that, she was a captain for Salem High School Women's Lacrosse. Additionally, she played for the Cyclones for 3 years. 
Academic Background: Madison graduated from Salem High School in 2025. She is currently earning a B.S. in Environmental Science at Alma College.

Coaching Background: Cece has coaching background with Cyclones and just completed a season coaching for Indiana Tech.

Playing Background:  Cece has been playing since middle school, she completed competitively with cyclones and play college with Indiana Tech Warriors. Within her college career, Cece started as a defender transferred to goalie and then ended her last two years playing attack.

Academic Background: Cece graduated from Lakeland high school and then pursuit a degree in psychology with a certificate of human resources at Indiana Institute of technology and initially will be pursuing her masters and social work within the upcoming year.

DANIELLE TURNER

Coaching background: This is Danielle’s first season coaching Cyclones lacrosse. Danielle has helped coach the Plymouth High School JV/Varsity teams.

Playing background: Danielle has been playing lacrosse since 4th grade. She began her lacrosse journey with Triumph, then moved to Cyclones in 8th grade. She played for Plymouth High School. Danielle was a two-time varsity captain and earned all-conference her senior year. The last two years, she played for Siena Heights University. She started every game both years and was one of the highest scorers both seasons. Last year, she earned All-WHAC second team, All-WHAC academic team, and All-NAIA academic team. Going into her junior year, she is transferring to Madonna University to compete in her final two seasons.

Academic background: Danielle graduated from Plymouth High School in 2023. She completed her Associate’s degree at Siena Heights University. This year, Danielle will be transferring to Madonna University to complete her Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice and obtain two certifications in crime scene investigation and forensic psychology. Danielle is a four time honor roll/dean’s list recipient as well.

Coaching Background:  This spring will be Emma’s 1st season coaching at South Lyon. Emma has been the assistant varsity coach at Notre Dame Preparatory and Marist Academy for the past 2 seasons.  Emma has coached with Cyclones Lacrosse since 2021.

Playing Background: Emma played at the University of Detroit Mercy, helping her team to the MAC championship game. She also graduated from Hartland High School in 2020 playing lacrosse and field hockey.  Emma helped Hartland to 3 regional championships (missed her senior year due to COVID).  Emma was an All-State and All- League player.  She was an also a two-time State Bank athlete of the week.  Emma recorded 130 points in just 3 seasons.  She played with the Cyclones for 7 years. 

Academic Background:  Emma graduated from Detroit Mercy with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 2024 with a concentration in Marketing and Business Law. Emma was a two time MAC honor roll and MAC Commissioner’s Award recipient and IWLCA Academic Honor Roll member. She is currently pursuing her Masters of Sports Administration at Wayne State University.

Coaching Background: Madison has coached with Cyclones Lacrosse for the past four years and also coaches within the Pumas Youth Lacrosse organization. In addition, she officiates youth lacrosse throughout the area. Madison previously served as the Assistant JV Coach at Northville High School for two seasons.

Coaching Background: Madison has coached with Cyclones Lacrosse for the past four years and also coaches within the Pumas Youth Lacrosse organization. In addition, she officiates youth lacrosse throughout the area. Madison previously served as the Assistant JV Coach at Northville High School for two seasons.

Playing Background: Madison began her lacrosse journey with the Pumas Lacrosse organization in 2014 and later joined Cyclones Lacrosse in 2019. In 2018, she was selected to represent the Midwest on Maverik Lacrosse's All-American National Team and earned the honor again in 2019. Following her freshman year of high school, Madison was selected for the Legacy Global Lacrosse U16 USA team, competing internationally in the Czech Republic and Germany and helping her team win a championship in Berlin.

During high school, Madison played for South Lyon United, earning two varsity letters and receiving Lakes Valley Conference Honorable Mention recognition during her senior season. She then continued her playing career at Madonna University, competing at the NAIA level for three and a half years. During her sophomore and junior seasons, she earned WHAC All-Academic Team honors. Madison will continue her collegiate career next season at Northwood University, competing at the NCAA Division II level.

Academic Background: Madison graduated Magna Cum Laude from South Lyon High School in 2022. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Madonna University in 2026, graduating with high honors with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Accounting. Madison will continue her education at Northwood University, where she will pursue her MBA while continuing her collegiate lacrosse career.

Coaching Background: Morgan has been coaching with the Cyclones since 2017. Morgan is currently the Northwood University D2 head coach. Morgan has also been an assistant coach at Concordia University in Ann Arbor. Morgan started in collegiate lacrosse coaching at Olivet College, serving as an assistant coach as well as the Interim Head Coach.  Morgan spent two years coaching lacrosse in England at the Canford School. In addition, she was previously the head JV coach at South Lyon High School for the 2021 season.  Her coaching experience also includes a number of roles as a volunteer coach, including with the South Lyon Pumas Club team.

She also earned her Master’s from Bournemouth University in England in Sport Management.  Morgan is USA Level 3 certified and has a Level Two certification from England Lacrosse.

Coaching Background: Dan has coached with Cyclones since 2023.  He is currently the Head Coach at Madonna University. He launched the program in 2016 and has since held NAIA Board positions for the National Tournament Selection Committee and All-American Committee. He's coached multiple WHAC All-Conference, NAIA Scholar Athlete, & NAIA Champions of Character honorees during his tenure.
Prior to Madonna University, he coached collegiate club lacrosse at Grand Valley State University for six seasons in the WCLL - coaching All-American & All-League honorees.
Playing Background:  Dan attended Milford High School and played varsity lacrosse with Huron Valley as an attacker, earning All-Conference & All-Area honors. He attended Adrian College before transferring to Grand Valley State University.
Academic Background:  Dan holds a Bachelors degree in Marketing from Grand Valley State University.

Coaching Background: Gugala has coached multiple sports, including being an assistant goalie coach at Northville High School.

Playing Background: Starting her junior year of high school, being the starting goalkeeper for 2 years and a captain for one. Earning 2nd Team All-State and All Conference her senior year carrying into college currently playing at Lawrence Technological University. Playing at the NAIA National Tournament 2 years in a row and winning NAIA Champion of Character. Preparing to play her final 2 seasons at Lawrence Technological University.

Academic Background: Enrolled in the 4+1 Finance Program at Lawrence Technological University hoping to earn her bachelor’s and masters by 2029.
